After the War
The exhibition “After the War” at Tirpitz marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Denmark. It takes the visitor back to a time when the traces of WWII were, as widely as possible, to be removed and life was to be rebuilt. The exhibition begins on the construction site at Tirpitz in January 1945.
Atmospheric sound
This exhibition features sounds of the ambience of a 20th century construction site, soldier’s boots trodding around an office and other soundscapes that work together with the physical scenography, projections and interactive moments.
